- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, February 20 & 21.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Hwy 530/Arlington exit(#208).
- Drive east on Hwy 530 approximately 3.7 miles to Hwy 9.
- Turn left and drive north on Hwy 9 1 block to Arlington/Darrington Road/Hwy 530.
- Drive east on Arlington Darrington Rd approximately 1.1 miles to Arlington Heights Road.
- Turn right and drive east on Arlington Heights Rd approximately 1.9 miles where Arlington Heights Rd becomes 228th St NE.
- Continue on 228th St NE approximately 1 mile to 123rd Avenue NE.
- Turn right and drive south on 123rd approximately 1 mile to 212th St NE.
- Turn left on 212th and drive east approximately 2/10 mile to 127th Ave SE.
- Turn right on 127th Ave NE and drive south approximately 7/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
