- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, each
auction day.
Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only.
Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases
must be removed 1 hour after the sale auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm,
Thursday & Friday, September 17 & 18 for Builder's Interiors, and Friday &
Monday, September 18 & 21 for Total Woodworks.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories,
parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From northbound I-5, take the Conway/LaConner exit(#221).
Turn left and cross over the freeway to Fir Island Road. Drive west on Fir
Island Road approximately 5 miles where it turns into Best Road. Continue
west on Best Road approximately 3 miles to Chilberg Road. Turn left on
Chilberg Road and drive west approximately 2.3 miles to Morris Street.
Turn left on Morris Street and drive 1 block west to Maple Avenue. Turn
left on Maple and drive south approximately 6/10 mile to Caledonia Street.
Turn right on Caledonia and drive approximately 2/10 mile to 3rd Street.
The auction site is on the left, in the LaConner Pier building. From
southbound I-5, take the Burlington/Anacortes/Hwy 20 exit(#230). Drive west
on Hwy 20 approximately 9.7 miles to LaConner-Whitney Road. Turn left and
drive south on LaConner-Whitney Road approximately 3.7 miles to Morris
Street. Turn right onto Morris Street and drive 1 block west to Maple
Avenue. Turn left on Maple and drive south approximately 6/10 mile to
Caledonia Street. Turn right on Caledonia and drive approximately 2/10
mile to 3rd Street. The auction site is on the left, in the LaConner Pier
building.
