5% BUYERS PREMIUM
PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Friday April 10.
A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. Small equipment &
rolling stock must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8:30am to 4:30pm,
Friday & Monday, April 10 & 13. Machinery removal schedule to be announced
on auction day.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on
a separate and/or aggregate basis.
