- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, February 1 & 2.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- Turn left and drive east on South Bailey St approximately 3/10 mile to 13th Ave S. Turn left on 13th and drive 1 block to Airport Way S.
- Turn left and drive north on Airport Way approximately 1.1 miles to the auction site, located on the left.
- From southbound I-5, take the S Forest St/ 6th Ave S exit(#163B) to 6th Avenue S.
- Turn left and drive south on 6th approximately 7/10 mile to S Industrial.
- Turn left on Industrial and drive 2/10 mile to Airport Way S.
- Turn right and drive south on Airport Way approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
