- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday & Monday, January 25 & 28.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound Hwy 522 in Woodinville, take the NE 195th St exit.
- Drive east on NE 195th which turns into NE North Woodinville Way approximately 5/10 mile to 144th Avenue NE.
- Turn left and drive north on 144th approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site.
- From southbound Hwy 522, take the Hwy 9/Woodinville-Snohomish Rd NE exit.
- Drive south on Woodinville-Snohomish Rd to NE 200th St.
- Turn left and drive east on 200th to 144th Avenue NE.
- Turn right and drive south on 144th approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site.
