: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday & Friday, August 25 & 26.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-405, take the Valley Freeway/WA Hwy-167 S (exit 2A).
- Continue south on WA Hwy -167 approximately 1-1/2 miles to the Valley Rd exit.
- Continue off of the exit straight through the intersection to the auction site on the left. The auction site is located directly on the corner of Valley Rd & SW 41st Street.
