- The auction will take place 10am, Saturday, February 14 at the Best Western Rivershore Hotel, 1900 Clackamette Drive in Oregon City. All items will be sold by photo.
- Auction items may be previewed at the Rhodes estate, 14575 Sugarpine St, Oregon City from 8am to 6pm, Friday, February 13 and 8 to 10am, Saturday, February 14.

- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Monday & Tuesday, February 16 & 17.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

From north or southbound I-205, take the Oregon City/Molalla/Hwy 213 exit (#10).
Drive south on Hwy 213 approximately 3.3 miles to Beavercreek Road.
Turn left on Beavercreek Road and drive 2/10 mile to Maple Lane Rd.
Turn left on Maple Land Rd and drive 2/10 mile to Walnut Grove Way.
Turn right on Walnut Grove and drive 1/10 mile to Effinger Way.
Turn left on Effinger and drive 1/10 mile to Sugarpine St.
Turn right on Sugarpine St. The house is ahead, on the left.

- From north or southbound I-205, take the Oregon City/Gladstone/Hwy 99E exit (#9).
- Turn right on McLoughlin Blvd/Hwy 99E and drive north approximately 3/10 mile to Main St.
- Turn left and drive west on Main, which turns into Clackamette Drive, approximately 3/10 mile to the Rivershore Hotel, located on the left.
