- 3% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final purchase price.
- The property will be sold subject to confirmation by the seller. The property will be sold free and clear of all liens.
- Bidders must display a $15,000 cashier's check or certified check payable to Rainier Title, at the time of registration.
- The winning bidder will be required to deliver to the auctioneer the cashier's check or certified check as earnest money deposit and execute the Purchase and Sales Agreement immediately upon acceptance of bid.
- Closing must occur within 45 days of the auction date (Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008).
