- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Monday & Tuesday, April 28 & 29.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 45th St exit (#169) westbound.
- Drive west on 45th approximately 1 mile to Midvale. Follow Midvale approximately 1 block where it turns into N 46th St.
- Continue west on 46th approximately 2/10 mile to Fremont Avenue N.
- Turn left and drive south on Fremont approximately 7/10 mile to NW 36th St.
- Turn right and drive west on 36th approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
