- All vessels are sold "As is, where is and with all faults".
- All sales are final and payment must be made on the day of sale in the form of cash, cashier's check or Visa/Master Card. The auctioneer will add a 10% buyers premium.
- The purchaser, at his/her expense and risk, must remove items promptly from the premises.
- Status of abandonment will resume on day 6 if vessel is not removed or arrangements are not made with the Port at the time of sale. The vessel will revert to property of the Port at that time.
- Vessel launch charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at the time of launch.
