- PAYMENT
: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Visa & Mastercard & wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All small items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Friday, April 14. Boats must be removed by April 19, 2006, at the expense of the purchaser. Status of abondonment will resume on April 20, 2006, if the vessel is not removed or arrangments have not been made with the Port of Everett.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From northbound I-5, take the Pacific Ave exit (#193).
- Drive west on Pacific Ave approximately 1-1/10 mile to Marine View Drive and turn right.
- Continue north on Marine View Drive approximately 1-6/10 mile to 13th Street and turn left to the auction site on the right in the MSRC building.
- From southbound I-5, take the WA Hwy-529 exit (#198).
- Continue on WA Hwy-529 approximately 2 miles to Marine View Drive.
- Turn left onto Marine View Drive and drive approximately 2 miles to 13th Street and turn right to the auction site on the right in the MSRC building.
