Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, January 30, 31, & February 1.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

BELLEVUE:
From north or southbound I-405, take the Hwy 520 exit(#14) eastbound.
Drive east on Hwy 520 to southbound 148th Avenue NE.
Turn right and drive south on 148th approximately 5/10 mile to Bel-Red Road.
Turn right on Bel-Red and drive approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left, in the Forest Office Park.
LYNNWOOD:
From north or southbound I-5, take the Lynnwood/196th Street exit(181, #181B).
Drive west on 196th approximately 2.1 miles to the auction site, located on the left, in the Beresford Building, adjacent to the Sno-King ice arena.
EDMONDS:
From the Lynnwood auction site, drive west on 196th approximately 1.4 miles where 196th turns into Puget Drive.
Continue west on Puget Drive approximately 8/10 mile to 9th Avenue N.
Turn left and drive south on 9th approximately 2/10 mile to Caspers Road.
Turn right on Caspers Road and drive approximately 4/10 mile to 3rd Avenue N.
Turn left and drive south on 3rd approximately 5/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left, in the Edmonds Business Center Building.
