- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guararntee. Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Monday thru Wednesday, October 9, 10, & 11.
- Annnouncements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Meridian St. exit (#256-A), go west on Meridian St. approx .05 miles to Squalicum Way.
- Turn right on Squalicum Way & drive 1.5 miles to Roeder.
- Turn left on Roeder .03 miles to Coho Way.
- Turn right on Coho Way and watch for auction signs.
