- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday & Thursday, March 20 & 21.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-405, take the NE 8th exit(#13B) eastbound.
- Drive east on NE 8th approximately 4/10 mile to Bel-Red Road.
- Turn left onto Bel-Red Road and drive 1 block to 120th Avenue NE.
- Turn left and drive north on 120th 1/2 block to Lake Bellevue Drive.
- Turn left on Lake Bellevue Drive and drive west past Duke's Restaurant to the auction site, located on the right.
