- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday, July 17.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Corson Ave S/Michigan St exit.
- Drive west on Michigan St approximately .5 mile to WA Hwy 99/WA Hwy 509 South ramp.
- Drive south on WA hwy 99/WA Hwy 509 approximately 1 mile to the White Center/Myer Way exit.
- Bear right off of the exit onto Olson Pl SW and continue west to SW Roxbury St and turn right.
- Drive approximately .6 mile to 14th Ave SW and turn left.
- Drive approximately .3 mile to the auction site located on the right hand side.
