- PAYMENT: A 25% deposit is required by close of business auction day. Full payment must be made by no later than 1pm, August 9. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday & Friday, August 9 & 10.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From northbound or southbound I-5, take the Mercer St/Seattle Center exit (#167).
- Turn right onto Fairview then left onto Valley.
- Continue on Valley .2 miles to Westlake Ave N.
- As you cross Westlake Ave N, stay in the right lane and veer to the right onto Roy St.
- Drive one block to 8th Ave and turn right.
- Continue on 8th to Aloha St and turn left.
- Drive one block to Dexter Ave N and turn right.
- The auction site is on the right hand side in the 1000 Dexter Building on the fourth floor.
