TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items are to be sold as one lot. The auction will be conducted at the main entrance, Thurston County Courthouse, 2000 Lakeridge Drive SW, Building 2 at 10am sharp, Friday, October 31st. Bids may be presented in person, via phone, or by email prior to the start of the auction.
Preview at the Days Inn will be from 8:30am to 9:30am, Friday, October 31.
25% deposit due upon award of bid. Final payment must be made by close of business, Monday, November 3, 2003 via wire transfer or cashiers check payable to James G. Murphy Inc.
Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

To Lacey Days Inn: From north or southbound I-5, take the Martin Way exit(#109).
Drive west on Martin Way 1 block to College Street SE.
Turn left and drive south on College Street 1/2 block to the Days Inn, located on the left.
To the Courthouse from the Days Inn:
Drive west on Martin Way which becomes 4th Avenue East approximately 1.9 miles, which then turns into Pacific Avenue SE.
Continue west on Pacific approximately 2/10 mile where Pacific turns into State Avenue.
Continue west on State Avenue approximately 1.3 miles to Columbia.
Turn left and drive south on Columbia 2 blocks to 5th Avenue SW.
Turn right and drive west on 5th approximately 3/10 mile where it turns into Deschutes Parkway SW.
Continue west then south on Deschutes Parkway approximately 1 mile to Lakeridge Drive.
Follow signs to courthouse.
