- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday through Friday August 1st to the 3rd.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound I-5, take the 196th St SW/Alderwood Mall exit (#181B).
- Drive straight off of the exit onto Alderwood Mall Pkwy.
- Continue on Alderwood Mall Pkwy to the Mall located on the left hand side.
- From southbound I-5, take the 164th St SW exit (#183).
- Turn right onto 164th St SW and drive up the hill to Alderwood Mall Pkwy.
- Turn left onto Alderwood Mall Pkwy and continue to the Mall located on the right hand side.
- The auction site is located in the Alderwood Mall Food Court at the SW corner in between The Bon and JC Penny's.
