- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Friday, January 21. A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, January 21 and Monday thru Friday, January 24-28.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-5, take the Mercer Street exit(#167).
- Turn right off the exit and drive 1 block north to Valley Street.
- Turn left and west on Valley which turns into Broad Street.
- Continue on Broad Street to Denny Way.
- Turn right on Denny and drive west where it turns into Western Avenue.
- Continue on Western which turns into Elliott Avenue West.
- Drive north on Elliott Avenue West approximately 1 mile where Elliott Turns into 15th Avenue West.
- Drive north on 15th approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
