- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday & Thursday, February 27 & 28.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound Valley Freeway(Hwy 167), take the S Central/84th Avenue S exit.
- Drive north on 84th 1 block to S 224th. Turn left on 224th and drive 1 block where 224th turns into southbound 83rd Avenue S.
- Follow 83rd south 4 blocks where it turns into westbound S 228th Street.
- Drive west on 228th approximately 7/10 mile to 72nd Avenue S.
- Turn right on 72nd and drive north 1/10 mile to S 227th Place.
- Turn right onto 227th. The auction site is located on the right.
