TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items are to be sold as one lot. The auction will be conducted at the SeaTac Travelodge, 2900 S. 192nd, Seattle, WA, 11am on Monday October 20th. Bids may be presented in person, via phone, or by email prior to the start of the auction.
25% deposit due upon award of bid. Final payment must be made by close of business, Tuesday, October 21, 2003 via wire transfer or cashiers check payable to James G. Murphy Inc.
Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

From north or southbound I-5, take the S. 188th St exit(#152).
Drive west on S. 188th approximately 1 mile to International Blvd(Pacific Hwy S).
Turn left and drive south on International Blvd approximately 2/10 mile to S. 192nd.
Turn right on 192nd and drive to the auction site, located on the right.
