- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday & Thursday, January 24 & 25.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Michigan Street exit(#162).
- Drive west on Michigan to Hwy99/Hwy 509.
- Drive south on Hwy 99/509 to the Myers Way/White Center exit.
- Drive south on Myers Way which turns into Olson Place SW.
- Continue south on Olson Place SW which turns into westbound Roxbury.
- Drive west on Roxbury approximately 1.3 miles to 26th Avenue SW.
- Turn right and drive north on 26th 2 blocks to SW Barton.
- The auction site is ahead, on the right, in the Westwood Town Center mall.
