- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday & Thursday, May 17 & 18.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-5, take the Hwy 18 exit(#142, 142A) eastbound.
- Drive east on Hwy 18 approximately 4 miles to the Auburn Way/Hwy 164 exit.
- Turn left off the exit and drive south on Hwy 164/Auburn Way approximately 8/10 mile to the R street exit.
- Continue off the exit to R Street.
- Turn right and drive south on R Street, which becomes Kersey Way, approximately 3 miles to 9th Street East.
- Turn left and drive east on 9th, which turns into southbound 210th Avenue East then into 214th Avenue East, approximately 6.1 miles to 34th Street East.
- Turn left and drive east on 34th to the last driveway on the right. The auction site is located at the end of the driveway.
