- PAYMENT
: Full payment must be made by close of business auction day. Cash, cashier's check, Visa & Mastercard, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted only with bank letter of guarantee. Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the auction or between 8am & 4:30pm Friday, May 31st, & Monday through Thursday, June 3rd through June 6th.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of the sale take precedence over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-405, take exit #23 (Hwy 522 East Woodinville/Wenatchee).
- From eastbound Hwy 522 take the first Woodinville exit (Hwy 202 South) and turn right.
- Drive south on Hwy 202 to the second light & turn right again.
- Drive .1 mile to Woodinville Redmond Road ( Hwy 202 south) and turn left.
- Continue on Woodinville Redmond Road (Hwy 202 south) approximately 1 mile to the auction site located on the left hand side in the Woodinville Corporate Center III, building A, suite 500.
