: Full payment must be made by the close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, March 16 & 17.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound I-405, take the Maple Valley/Bronson Way/Hwy 900 exit(#4).
- Drive west on Maple Valley Hwy approximately 1/10 mile to Hwy 900/Sunset Blvd.
- Turn right and drive north on Sunset approximately 1/10 mile to NE 3rd St.
- Turn right and drive east on NE 3rd approximately 1.5 miles up the hill where it becomes NE 4th St, to the auction site.
- From southbound I-405, take the Hwy 900 Sunset Blvd/Maple Valley exit.
- Drive south on Sunset approximately 2/10 mile to NE 3rd St.
- Turn left and drive east on NE 3rd approximately 1.5 miles up the hill where it becomes NE 4th St, to the auction site.
