- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Friday, November 12.
- A 25% deposit is required by close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm, Friday, November 12 and Monday thru Friday, November 15-19.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-5, take the Orillia Road/S 188th St exit (#152).
- Drive east on 188th which turns into Orillia Road just east of the freeway.
- Follow Orillia Road south down the hill where it turns into eastbound South 212th.
- Continue east on 212th to 84th Avenue South(approximately 3.8 miles from I-5).
- Turn left and drive north on 84th approximately 3/10 mile to South 206th.
- Turn left on 206th and drive west to the auction site, located on the right.
