- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. Removal times & dates will be announced at the time of the auction.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- Turn left onto Southcenter Pkwy then right onto Southcenter Mall.
- From southbound I-5, take the Southcenter Blvd exit (#154B).
