- 11,000 racked pallet locations
- OMNI directional scanning system, built in & hand scanning equipment
- YALE electric lift trucks w/20’ reach, electric pallet jacks, battery charging stations
- Computers, desks, chairs, files, office equipment
- Bids may be made on any or all of these segments

TERMS & CONDITIONS
|
- Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
- BID SUBMISSION: All bids must be received in writing to the James G. Murphy Company, Inc, P.O. Box 82160/18226 - 68th Avenue NE, Kenmore, WA, 98028, by fax: 425-483-8247, or by email: info@murphyauction.com. A cashiers check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, made payable to the James G. Murphy Company, must accompany the bid submission.
- BID OPENING: 2pm, Pacific Daylight Time(5pm, Eastern Standard Time) Wednesday, May 31, 2000. Winning bidders will be notified immediately upon award of bid.
- BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyers premium will be charged.
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 48 hours after bid opening. Payment by cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer. Personal or company checks accepted only with bank letter of guarantee.
- REMOVAL: All successful bidders must have their purchases removed by Friday, June 30, 2000.

- From Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, drive west on I-275 approximately 2.6 miles to the Hebron/Kentucky 237 North exit(#7A).
- Turn right and drive north on KY 237/N. Bend Road approximately 5/10 mile to Global Way.
- Turn left on Global Way and drive approximately 300’ to the auction site, located in Building A of the Park West International Business Park.
- Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is located approximately 5 miles from the auction location and 10 miles from Cincinnati, OH. It is served by most major airlines and rental car agencies.
