- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, May 14, 15, & 16.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From northbound or southbound I-405, take the NE 195th St exit(#24).
- Drive east on NE 195th approximately 5/10 mile to 120th Ave NE(39th SE).
- Turn left and drive north on 120th NE approximately 6/10 mile to Monte Villa Parkway.
- Turn left and drive west on Monte Villa Parkway approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
- Parking and entrance to auction location is on the west side of the building, at the first roll-up door.
