- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Friday & Monday, September 20 & 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or south bound I-405, take the WA Hwy 522 east toward Woodinville.
- Continue east on Hwy 522 to the NE 195th St/Duvall exit.
- Drive east on up the hill on Woodinville Way to 144th Ave NE and turn left.
- Drive .1 mile to Park 144 and turn right.
- The auction site is located on the left hand side in building 2.
