TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items unclaimed as of 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2005 will be sold at public auction on that date. The auction will begin at Shilshole Bay Marina located at 7001 Seaview Ave. N.W., then proceeding to Fishermen's Terminal located at 1735 W. Thurman and ending at Maritime Industrial Center (MIC) located at 2700 W Commodore Way, all located in Seattle, WA.
Method of Payment: Payment in full at time of sale. Payment must be in the form of cash or cashiers check ONLY.
Removal of Property: Successful bidder must remove personal property within 24 hours of sale date.
