- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Wednesday, July 26.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday, July 26 through Friday, July 28.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound bound I-5, take the Corson Ave/Michigan St exit(#162).
- Turn right & drive west on Michigan to the First Avenue South bridge.
- Drive south across the First Avenue South bridge to the West Marginal Way/South Park exit.
- Take the exit and circle under the First South bridge to southbound West Marginal Way South.
- The auction site is on the left, in the Pioneer Human Service Building, next door to PACO.
