- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM ON ALL OTHER ITEMS.
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
- Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday, December 20.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 145th Street exit in Seattle eastbound.
- Drive east on
NE 145th to Bothell Way NE.
- Turn left and drive north on Bothell Way around the north end of
Lake Washington to 68th Avenue NE in Kenmore.
- Turn left and drive north on 68th 3 blocks to
our auction facility.

- From north or southbound I-405, take the Bothell exit westbound.
- Drive
west through Bothell to 68th Avenue NE in Kenmore.
- Turn right on 68th and drive north 3
blocks to our auction facility.
