- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, November 17, 18, & 19.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From north or southbound I-405, take the Hwy 522/Woodinville exit.
- Drive east on Hwy 522 approximately 8/10 mile to the Woodinville/Redmond/Hwy 202 exit.
- Turn right and drive south to NE 175th. Turn right and drive west on 175th/Hwy 202 approximately 2/10 mile to Woodinville-Redmond Road.
- Turn left and drive south on Woodinville-Redmond Road approximately 9/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
