- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, August 25, 26, & 27.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound I-5, take the Lynnwood/Alderwood Mall Parkway exit(#181B).
- Turn left on Poplar Way and drive 1 block to 196th St SW. From southbound I-5, take the 196th St SW exit(#181) westbound.
- Drive west on 196th approximately 1.7 miles to Hwy 99.
- Turn right and drive north on Hwy 99 approximately 8/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
