- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, July 15 & 16.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From north or southbound I-5, take the West Seattle bridge exit.
- Drive west on the West Seattle bridge to Fauntleroy Way SW.
- Drive south on Fauntleroy Way approximately 1.8 miles to California Avenue SW.
- Turn left on California SW. The auction site is located 1/2 block south, on the right.

- From north or southbound I-405, take the Bronson Way exit(#4).
- Turn right off the exit and drive to Sunset Blvd. N.
- Turn right and drive north on Sunset to NE 3rd St.
- Turn right and drive east on NE 3rd St up the hill approximately 1.5 miles to the auction site, located on the left, next to Safeway.
