- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed from 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, Monday, & Tuesday, April 26, 29, & 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From Hwy 101 in North Bend, OR, turn onto Virginia Avenue and drive west 8/10 mile to Broadway.
- Turn left on Broadway and drive 1 mile to Newmark.
- Turn right onto Newmark and drive west, then south on Empire Blvd/Cape Arago Hwy, following signs, approximately 6.5 miles, to Charleston Harbor.
- Cross over bridge in Charleston, turn right on Boat Basin Road and drive 4/10 mile to Guano Rock Blvd.
- Turn right on Guano Rock Blvd and drive 1 block to the auction site, located on the left.
