Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday, March 31.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

From northbound I-5, take the 85th Street exit (#172).
Continue onto 85th street and drive approximately 1 mile to Aurora Ave N (WA Hwy 99).
Turn left on Hwy 99 and drive south approximately 1 mile to the auction site located on the left.
From southbound I-5, take the N Northgate Way exit (#173).
Turn right onto N Northgate Way and drive approximately 1 mile to Aurora Ave N (WA Hwy 99).
Turn left on Hwy 99 and drive south approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site located on the left.
The auction site is located in the Oak Tree Plaza Shopping Center behind the International House of Pancakes in unit #32. Upon the request of property management, auction parking will be available near the Oak Tree Cinemas.
