- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Thursday & Friday, June 22 & 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-405, take the Hwy 167/Kent exit(#2).
- Drive south on Hwy 167 approximately 1.9 miles to the S 180th exit.
- Turn left off the exit and drive south on East Valley Road approximately 2/10 mile to S 180th/SW 43rd.
- Turn left and drive east on S 180th/SW 43rd, which becomes SE 176th, approximately 1.2 miles to the auction site, located on the left.
