- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Thursday, March 8.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Thursday, March 8 and Monday March 12.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- The auction site is located in the Watermark Tower, 1st & Spring Street, in downtown Seattle, with the auction site located at the Spring Street entry.
- From Northbound I-5 take the Seneca Street exit and from Southbound I-5, take the Union Street exit.
- Drive west to 1st Avenue and turn left. The auction site is on the right, 3 blocks south of Union and 1 block south of Seneca.
