  • 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
  • PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Friday, August 11.
  • A 25% deposit is required by the close of business auction day.
  • Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
  • Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
  • REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, August 11 and Monday, August 14 through Friday, August 18 for small equipment. Large equipment removal schedule to be announced on auction day.
  • Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
  • Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
  • From north or southbound I-5, take the Winlock/Toledo/Hwy 505 exit(#63).
  • Drive west on Hwy 505 3 miles to NW Kerron Avenue, across the railroad tracks in downtown Winlock.
  • Turn right and drive north on Kerron approximately 4/10 mile to the auction site.
