- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Thursday & Friday, May 29 & 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the James St exit (#165, 165A).
- Drive west on James to Yesler & turn right.
- From Yesler, turn left & drive south on First Ave South to the auction site located on the right hand side.
- The auction site is located just south of Pioneer Square between Jackson & King Street on the west side of First Ave in the Merrill Place building.
