- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, May 21 & 22.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- Drive east approximately 3/10 mile to Smokey Point Blvd.
- Turn right and drive south on Smokey Point Blvd approximately 5/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left, at the end of the driveway.
