• Nearly 30 registered bidders and a large group of neighbors, friends, and family crowded into the living room and dining room on the rainy evening of September 14 to bid on, or watch the sale of the Maxine Murphy house. The house, located on the downtown Edmonds, WA waterfront, drew a considerable amount of interest because of its prime location and spectacular view of Puget Sound. Final sale price was $1,260,000.
