: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Friday & Monday, April 2 & 5. Removal on larger items will be announced at the time of the auction.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

- Drive southwest on Corson approximately 6/10 mile to East Marginal Way South.
- Turn left on East Marginal Way and drive south approximately 7/10 mile to 16th Ave S and turn right.
- Drive approximately 5/10 mile to S Cloverdale and turn right.
- Drive approximately 1/10 mile on S Cloverdale to 10th Ave S and turn right.
- Drive north on 10th Ave S approximately 5 blocks to the auction site located on the left.
