- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Monday, June 26.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or July 7th or July 10th.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound bound I-5, take the Mukilteo/Hwy 526 exit(#189).
- Drive west on Hwy 526 approximately 2.3 miles to Seaway Blvd.
- Turn right and drive north on Seaway Blvd approximately 1.5 miles to Merrill Creek Parkway.
- Turn right and drive north on Merrill Creek Parkway approximately 6/10 mile to the auction site, located in the Seaway Ridge Industrial Center, on the right.
