TERMS & CONDITIONS

- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Friday, March 23.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, March 23, and Monday, March 26 through Friday, March 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-15, take the Hamer exit(#150) to the Old Butte Hwy.
- Turn left on the Old Butte Hwy and drive 2.5 miles to 2375 F.
- Turn right and drive 3 miles to 2650 N.
- Turn left and drive 1 block to the auction site, located on the right.
