- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm, Monday & Tuesday, November 22 & 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 50th Street exit(#169).
- Drive west on 50th approximately 9/10 mile to Green Lake Way.
- Turn left and drive south on Green Lake Way approximately 3/10 mile to Hwy 99 southbound.
- Drive south on Hwy 99 approximately 5/10 mile to N 39th St.
- Turn right and drive west on 39th approximately 4/10 mile to Greenwood Avenue North.
- Turn left and drive south on Greenwood 1 block to the auction site, located on the right.
