TERMS & CONDITIONS

- 10% BUYERS PREMIUM
- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4pm, Friday, April 23.
- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
- Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must
be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday, April 23
& Monday through Friday, April 26-30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on
a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From southbound I-5, take the Hwy 217/Beaverton exit.
- Drive north on Hwy
217 to the Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway exit.
- Turn right and drive east
on Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy to the auction site, located on the right, at
the intersection with Scholls Ferry Road.
