- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only. Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Wednesday & Thrusday, August 25 & 26.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- Drive east on 38th approximately 1.3 miles to Pacific Avenue.
- Turn right and drive south on Pacific 3/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.

- From Seattle: From southbound I-5, take the Hwy 7/Pacific Ave exit(#133).
- Drive south on Hwy 7 approximately 6/10 mile to the S 38th St westbound exit.
- Drive west on S 38th approximately 2/10 mile to Pacific Ave.
- Turn left on Pacific and drive south approximately 3/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
